Ladies and Gentlemen,
Welcome and great to see all you beautiful people! Today in class we will be taking our Europe Map test! This one is more challenging than North America, simply by virtue of being less familiar. I hope that you all have spent some time studying! After the Test, we will get down to business with our next major unit which will be to examine some of the history of colonization and its impacts on Africa. This is one of my favorite units for the year! Below you will find our agenda, homework, and resources for the day.
Objectives:

• Locate and identify the political and physical features of Europe
• Skim and scan a college level text to better understand the theories of Jared Diamond

1. What do you see in the picture? (be specific)
